Welcome to the Gratitude and Taking Notice Team Challenge! Over the next five days, we’ll focus on enhancing our well-being through gratitude practices, personal reflection, and taking notice of the world around us. Earn points for your team by journaling in the chnnl app.

Date: Monday 19th August to Friday 23rd August.
Using the chnnl App, you will be guided to complete daily tasks to gain points for your team! These will give great tips towards creating a habit of daily gratitude.

Absolutely, you can join at anytime throughout the week and contribute your points gained to your team's total, however, the earlier you get amongst the challenge the better you chances are for winning!
Yes, you can join the challenge as an individual. However, we recommend joining as a team to get in it together!
If this is your first team challenge, for no cost, you will gain access to the chnnl app for the length of the July challenge, and all of the information will be made available through there! If you are returning to a chnnl Team Challenge this will be at a cost of $10 per member.
As a chnnl customer, this is included in your chnnl app. You and your team can complete the daily exercises through the chnnl app via the journals and through the videos/wellbeing resources. More information will be coming when you sign-up, and keep an eye out on the app for more videos and inspiration throughout the challenge!
The winning team will be the one with the highest points gained at the end of the challenge! Motivate your teams and get amongst it together.
The winning team will be notified, and we'll award our winning prize as well as any final spot prizes. You and your team will be awarded a chnnl-challenge certificate!
